A lovely double bedroom has become available in a spacious house in Canonbury!

Available 6th of December. Monthly rent is £870. The deposit is £1,065.

The double bedroom is in a three story, four-bedroom house with three bathrooms. The house is fully furnished, has a large communal sitting room, dining room and kitchen. It has all the usual amenities including fast broadband and cleaner etc. The house is located behind a secure, quiet, private courtyard in Canonbury and just off Upper Street.

Sadly, I am leaving to move back to Australia after over 3 years living in the house. You will be sharing with three friendly busy professionals. Victoria (English) is a doctor, James (English) is a software engineer and Beth (Australian) is an occupational therapist. They are looking for someone similar who is happy doing their own thing but also likes to share a glass of wine, watch tv and socialise when they are in.

The double bedroom is located on the top floor which has a built-in wardrobe with a separate bathroom. The room includes a desk and chair. The top floor is shared with James’s room who has his own bathroom.

About the location: 5 mins walk to Highbury & Islington station; 5 mins walk to Essex Road Station; 10 mins walk to Angel station; bus stops on Upper Street with multiple bus routes one minute walk from front door. Access to a different supermarkets and shops on upper street.

Bills are not included but range from approx. £100-£115 per month - and include council tax, internet and fortnightly cleaner. Gas, electricity is quarterly and water 6-monthly, which add a bit more to the overall monthly amount.
