It is ideal for business student or professionals, for a fully furnished, quiet and cozy 1st floor home with large balcony in Canonbury, a leafy area of Islington, also 10 min walk from trendy Dalston.

It comes with access to the carpark green area and locked bike shed, although for a car parking space this has to be let from neighbours.


The smaller room fits a small double bed and if the flat is let for single or couple use it can be converted into an office, and it has a modern l electric shower and basin.
The main bedroom is ample and it has space for a small desk, its bathroom is next to it with a bath, electric shower, basin and the shared toilet.

This flat has hosted many pets - cats and small dogs are most welcomed, this flat is not childproofed, so not suitable for children.

I started taking in lodgers to help me achieve my dream of one day being mortgage free and move out of the City into a home by nature where I can have a community driven wellbeing and yoga space.

I am new to SpareRoom but on another platform I am a five star host, and can quote the feedback being "place is homey", "very relaxing" "full of greenery with good connection to City centre".

Note we have no dishwasher or clothes dryer as I designed this flat myself to serve a  "slow  life" when at home, you can also enjoy the hammock or the many welcoming local pubs nearby.
