Double room for sublet in lovely Canonbury house

We have 1 double room soon to be available for a 3 month sublet in a lovely 3 bedroom house. The house is located in Canonbury, a very nice and well connected area between Highbury and Islington (15 min walk) and Dalston Junction (10 min walk). It is also close to Angel and Stoke Newington. Very well served by public transport with a bus stop in front of the house: Routes 73, 38, 341 and 56 and canonbury overground station 8 min walk.

The house has three floors which makes it feel nice and spacious, as well as quiet! The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped, and opens out to a really sweet backyard garden! The living room is on the first floor and is used for movie nights and as home office on occasional WFH days. The house has one bathroom and one toilet, which is really convenient.

You’ll be living with two lovely Australian girls in their early 30s.

We are looking for a fun, sociable and tidy person who doesn’t mind doing their own thing but also equally happy to get involved and participate in house activities. Ideally will also be a female professional, as we’re a fairly chill, but mature professional household.

Move-in date can be beginning of Jan until end of March (open to discuss), and rent is £850 per month.

We have a fantastic landlord who is very helpful and responsive.
