1 bedroom available in whole flat for 2 weeks on 6th floor of local council block. Many quirks ( window handles not quite working; old bathroom furniture stained but clean ! ) Central Heating & hot water always !
Nice area: flat overlooks trees & park, 2 mins from Essex Road buses, 5 mins walk from Canonbury Overground & 10 mins walk from Highbury & Islington. Lots of nice pubs & restaurants: it’s Islington ! You will stay surrounded by a lot of ( well documented ) books & art. Netflix & wifi included. 1 double bedroom but entire flat to let for 2 weeks: whilst I’m away: my stuff contained in 2nd bedroom. Photos show room available as my workroom: this will be empty with double bed ( it folds down from the wall as in pics ).
