Double room in lovely flat in Canonbury

Double room available in spacious, open plan ex-council flat spread over two floors. The flat has a private yard, great light and is on a very quiet road.

The location is amazing -- it's very quick to get into London via public transport or bike, we're 3 mins walk from Canonbury Station and 10 mins from Highbury & Islington. There's plenty of lovely spots nearby including Newington Green and Dalston a short walk away, and for anyone keen on swimming there's a reservoir, heated outdoor lido, and indoor pool with sauna all within a 10 min cycle..

I bought the flat with my sister who is now moving out. I'm freelance -- I travel relatively often for work (on average maybe 5-10 days per month), and am out of the house most weekdays and often on evenings.

Looking for someone relaxed and friendly like me to share the space with -- I enjoy a communal meal when schedules sync up, but generally I'm fairly busy and am out of the flat quite often.
