Fantastic Double Room in Canonbury House Share!

Looking for a new flatmate to join us on May 26th (or any time afterwards), as one of the current flatmates is moving in with her partner.

This house couldn't be better located, 10 Mins Walk From Highbury & Islington Tube, 2 Min Walk From Canonbury Overground, 15 mins walk from Dalston and Angel. Tesco and Sainsbury's just 2 mins walk away. Big Kitchen with all the necessities, lovely outside garden and BBQ. 3 toilets, 2 showers and a bath.

We are currently 6 in the house (all clean and friendly working professionals based in London), but one of the current housemates is regrettably moving in with her partner. The housemates remaining at the house are Juan (Canadian), Jade (Canadian), Jason (Irish), Equator (Kiwi), and Hannah (English).

As a house, we often hang out in the kitchen/living room to catch up after work, and also frequently head out together for a night out on weekends, We are social house, but also respect each other's privacy and space.

We are after a fun, clean and sociable person (ideally between 25-35) to join our house!

Room will be available for at least 12 months, with the possibility of extension afterwards. Bills come to roughly £130/month on top of rent. Please note that the lease for the house will be expiring on June 30th of this year, but we will be extending the lease for another 12 months.
