We're three professional women in our late twenties / early thirties with a bright, cozy room available in our lovely Victorian flat in Canonbury, Islington. We have an unfurinished double room avaible in home from October and are looking for someone new to join us! We're looking for someone (female only, sorry boys) who genuinely cares about shared spaces and brings a relaxed but thoughtful vibe to the home. This isn’t just a flat to us, its our home and we’re hoping to find someone who values that too.
The Flat
The room is cozy with lots of natural light. The room will be unfurnished (but has a built in wardrobe and shevles) So its a blank canvas for you! The room will easily fit a king bed and drawers.
The flat is spacious, bright, and perfect for privacy. The living room is huge, and there's plenty of natural light all around. You will be sharing with one of us, but there's no queue drama, promise! We’ve decked out the flat with furniture, and the large kitchen.
The Location
Our street is green, quiet and super safe. We’re just a 10-minute stroll (7 minute power walk) to Highbury & Islington station, similar walk to Canonbury overground and lots of good bus options around as well. We are a quick 5-minute walk to Upper Street, where you'll find amazing shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Who We’re Looking For
A professional female (ideally a similar age to us) who’s clean, respectful, and looking to stick around until at least August 2026.
A Bit About Us
One of us is a Kiwi and works in tax for an investment bank; and two Aussies (ones an Architect and the other in Consulting). We are very easy going and chill. We are more about exploring the city than hosting at home. That said, we do enjoy a chill movie night and wine (or a season or three of MAFS), game night, or birthday gathering every now and then!

Rent is £1,250 per month

Utilities are around £150-200 per month (internet, council tax, electricity, water).
