Walking distance from London Fields, Broadway Market and (just!) Victoria Park.

Transport: less than a 20 minute walk to Angel, Highbury & Islington, Dalston and Canonbury stations, and less than a 10 minute walk to Haggerston and Essex Rd station. Plenty of buses and just off CS1 for an easy 10 minute cycle into Shoreditch / central.
