Less than 10 mins walk from Highbury and Islington tube station and less than 5 mins from Canonbury for the overground.
Sainsbury’s Local and Tesco Express less than 10 mins walk away. Then a big Waitrose, M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury’s either in Angel or Dalston a 15-20 min walk away.
Right next to the lovely New River Walk.
