Double room in Islington - Mid Jan

Hey,

With one of our long term roommates moving out, we are looking for ideally another male to move in and keep the balance of the house. You'll be living with 3 aussie professionals, ranging from 28 to 31. We're quite sociable with a lot of our friends also living in the area so keen to have someone that's down for a pint at the pub but also has their own things going on. A bit about the room/house below:

The Room:
• Double room furnished with bed and freestanding wardrobe
• Good natural light

The House:
• 3-bedroom townhouse within a secure apartment complex.
• Dishwasher and washer/drier included
• 1.5 bathrooms (full upstairs + powder room downstairs)
• Open plan living room and courtyard
• All windows have just been upgraded to double glazed

Location & Transport:
• Canonbury, Islington - one street from Debeauvoir and all the best pubs/cafes
• Multiple bus routes at the end of the road
• Canonbury & Dalston Overground: 10 min walk
• Highbury & Islington Tube: 20 min walk

House mates:
• Josh and Sammie, couple from Melbourne working in Construction and Finance
• Julia from Brisbane, works in Film/Gaming

Costs & Dates:
• Rent: £1,050/month
• Bills: approx £130/month
• Deposit: one months rent
• Move-in: from 10 Jan (flexible by a few days before/after)
• Minimum stay: 9 months (we re-sign the lease in September)
