3 week sublet available in Canonbury

Large double room available for 3/4 week sublet in Feb/March.

You'd be staying with three professional women in our late twenties / early thirties with a bright, cozy room available in our lovely Victorian flat in Canonbury, Islington. We offer a relaxed vibe to the home. This isn’t just a flat to us, it’s our home and we’re hoping to find someone who values that too.

The Flat
The flat is spacious, bright, and perfect for privacy. The living room is huge, and there's plenty of natural light all around. You will be sharing with one of us, but there's no queue drama, promise! We’ve decked out the flat with furniture in the shared spaces.

The Location
Our street is green, quiet and super safe. We’re just a 10-minute stroll (7 minute power walk) to Highbury & Islington station, similar walk to Canonbury overground and lots of good bus options around as well. We are a quick 5-minute walk to Upper Street, where you'll find amazing shops, pubs, and restaurants.

The Details
Rent is £1,400 per month
Utilities are around £200 per month (internet, council tax, electricity, water).
