Self contained en-suite room in Newington Green

We’re a couple looking to rent out our newly renovated double spare room on a short-term basis. The room is comfortable, modern, and well-equipped, with underfloor heating, ventilation, an ensuite bathroom, and Wi-Fi.

Furnished with double bed with a good mattress, double door wardrobe, desk, small dining table, smart TV and more.

For your exclusive use, the room also includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. It has its own private access via the lower-ground entrance. Please note that the room is self-contained and guests will not have access to the rest of the house. Although the room is adjacent to our kitchen, it is fully locked off, ensuring privacy throughout your stay.
