I'm leaving my flat on the 10th of May and wish for someone to take over my lease.
It's a lovely apartment in an amazing area. There is a big shared garden which the bedroom overlooks. It is a very peaceful corner of Canonbury Square.
You'll be living with Paul and Freya, a couple, both in their early/mid thirties. They're really nice and chill, and I've loved living with them.
The bedroom is bright and airy and gets lovely sunlight in the morning. The living room is really big, and overlooks Canonbury Square. It is decorated with ceramics made by Freya.
Bills come to roughly 175 pounds a month.
The bedroom was semi furnished when I moved in, and the chest of drawers and clothes rail were added by me, but are up for grabs.
