Double room in adorable Canonbury flat

My lovely flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend & as such I’m looking for someone to move in from September 1st. The flat is a cosy, bright & peaceful place a few minutes walk from Newington Green.

I’m taking over the larger room in the flat, and am looking for someone to take over my current room. It’s a very small room (there’s no beating around the bush), but I’ve lived in it for a year and have become very attached to it! There’s heaps of under-bed storage & a clothes rail above the dresser. I have an unhealthy amount of clothes and haven’t had an issue with storage. It’s compact but perfect for someone who likes a cosy bedroom.

There are bins in the hallway for your shoes, and a desk + shelves for you in the living room/kitchen.

The area is so so lovely; and super close to busier / lively nightlife in Dalston & Hackney.

Ideally I’d love to live with someone I can also be friends with, as well as both of us having our own space / lives. I’m in the office on Tuesdays & Thursday, so an alternating WFH/Office pattern would also be good! I feel like I’m a very typical mix of a girl who enjoys a night out/pub/ dinner with friends but also just hanging out on the sofa reading a book or bingeing a tv show.
