Room in Islington / Canonbury with a small office

I’m subletting my room in my house in Islington for around 6–7 months while I’m away.

The room is more than just a bedroom, it also has a separate small living room/office space, giving you your own extra area to work, relax or have a sofa/desk, in addition to the house’s large shared living room.

The house is shared with 3 other people, and I’m a live-in landlord. The bathroom/toilet is shared with two other people.

The house is close to Angel, Highbury & Islington and Canonbury. Essex Road station is around a 5-minute walk away, with excellent connections across London. Angel and Highbury & Islington are also within easy walking distance.

You’ll have access to the shared kitchen and large communal living room, as well as the additional living/office space connected to your bedroom.
