Room with private bathroom in lovely 3 bed flat

**Our landlady has informed us she is looking to sell the whole building next year. She has said she will give us 6 months notice, but is aiming to sell in Spring. She doesn’t know if the process of selling and moving out will take her a few months or more like a year so there’s some ambiguity. Please only enquire if you’re comfortable with this!**

Our lovely housemate Maisie is moving out to move in with her girlfriend after 3 years in the flat.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Canonbury, 10 min walk from Highbury and Islington. Private bathroom with a bath and shower.

Rent is £980 a month. Bills approximately £100 a month. We also have a cleaner who comes every other week.

We all get on really well and have a lovely vibe in the flat so keen to make sure we click with whoever moves in. We both have very busy lives but love to hangout and always have a good yap in the kitchen when we can!
