Hi, I am seeking a flatmate for a beautiful maisonette in the heart of exclusive Canonbury.

It's a medium sized double room fully furnished in a great location, close to Angel, Essex Rd and the famous Upper St.

The house is a 1st floor 2 level maisonette with 3 bedrooms, big kitchen and seperate massive living room with balcony. HUGE communual garden for when summer comes around and a gated entrance. It's on one of the nicest safest streets in London.

The rent is 650 per month, its a private landlord. No agency fee. Deposit 6 weeks rent and then bills come to about 80 each per month. Great transport links with 3 mins walk to Canonbury Station or 8 min walk to Highbury and Islington.

The move in date is 1st October.

A bit about me:

I am a friendly, clean and tidy flat mate and professional female working in Islington. I'm 27 years old, friendly and easy-going. I work as a contracts officer for substance misuse/mental health agencies. I enjoy weeknights usually in, perhaps in front of the TV with a good meal and typically nights out at the weekend. I enjoy going out for cocktails with friends and like house music. I love the N1 and surrounding areas (Dalston, Shoreditch, Old Str etc) & these are my usual night spots of a weekend. Other interests include photography, music, festivals and checking out pop-ups/markets and (trying) to keep fit, such as by jogging, yoga or gym.
