Double Room in Islington - Amazing Transport Links

The room available has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. I can provide sheets and towels aswell if necessary.

£500 per month includes rent, all bills, cleaning and household supplies eg loo roll etc.

The flat is a maisonette in an ex local authority block. There is a kitchen with a table and chairs, a gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
The lounge has 2 sofas and a dining table and access to a balcony. There is a shower over the bath and a separate loo.

In between four great areas - Angel, Highbury, Stoke Newington and Dalston, fantastic bus links pretty much everywhere and a 15 min walk to either the Northern line, Victoria line or Overground. The flat is in a block set back from Essex Road so you have all the great amenities but none of the noise. There are local supermarkets a few minutes walk away plus Angel is down the road with all it's great shops and restaurants, cinema and theatre.

I sometimes look after cats for the RSPCA for a couple of months at a time so a cat lover would be great but if you are allergic or don't like cats, it's not a deal breaker.

I'm out most evenings so you will pretty much have the place to yourself during the week.

Females preferred but will consider males, no couples, 6 month let available. A deposit of £250 will secure the room and the first months rent needs to be paid in advance.

Just to clarify this room is available for Monday - Friday only. Please only get in touch if you only need a room during the week, not at the weekend.
