I have a spacious double bedroom available in a nice and quiet house share in a great location here in Canonbury, Islington.

The room will be available from the 2nd of July.

There is also a shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room as well as a large garden.

15 Minute walk to Angel station (Northern)
15 Minute walk to H & Islington (Victoria)
10 Minute walk to Canonbury (Overground)

Well connected to the city via Bus routes (38/73/476/341/56 etc)

The Area

Located close to Essex Rd there is a local Sainsbury's & Tesco's that are just 2 mins away. The street itself is very quiet and residential.

Just a short 10 minute walk to get to the popular Upper street bars and restaurants and also very close to Dalston/Stoke Newington & also just across the road from De Beauvoir.
