Barnes/Castelnau Large Double

hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy - am reasonably flexible about when, can be from 30 July.

Key details:
- £728 rent
- £850 inc. all bills + council tax (band D Richmond council)
- 15 mins walk to nearest station, buses from right outside the door
- Tenancy ends May 2025, but landlord has been flexible with me moving out (provided you source another flatmate) so shorter stays welcome if you're happy to do the same
- Unfurnished but willing to sell on my bedframe + clothes rail + mattress to next tenant

The current housemates:
- Angus, 28 and works in football. Sports mad (supports Everton 'for his sins') and avid gym goer.
- Gwyn, 27 and works in news. Mega foodie and always up for a riverside pint at a pub.

The area:
- Barnes has a cute little farmers market every week
- Celeb central, also Stanley Tucci lives in Barnes
- INCRED restaurants (Rick Stein's is just down the road as is Crisp W6) and brilliant riverside pub spots
- Literally opposite a little nature reserve area, which is so nice to walk around at weekends

Who we're looking for:
- Someone who likes to make a space a home and takes care of communal spaces but is still fairly relaxed
- Someone up for the occasional chat or movie night :)
