Room - A single room with a double bed and big chest of 5 drawers. It’s a well lit room having a large window with a beautiful view of the back garden.

Common Area - This is the biggest part of the flat in terms of area and also its USP. The amenities include a TV cabinet, a Sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, an integrated kitchen and appliances like microwave, washing machine, oven, gas stove, a fridge and a freezer.

Feel free to use the common area storage spaces to store your stuff. Since most of our time would eventually be spent in the common area because of the kitchen and the TV, I’d prefer someone who likes to talk and prefers to live like friends/family.

Transport Links - The flat is a 3 minute walk from the bus stand, 15 mins walk to Hammersmith tube station(piccadilly, district, circle, hammersmith & city lines), 25 mins walk to barnes train station ( you could take a bus though ). There’s also a docking spot for bikes and scooters just 2 minutes away from the flat.

Current Housemates - I’ll be the only housemate since it’s just a 2 bed apartment. I am a working professional currently employed with a British cyber security firm.
