Double room in a 3 bed flat, 5 mins away from the Thames and 15 mins walk to Hammersmith station 🚇
🛏️ Furniture in the room: it came with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Happy to discuss selling the beside table, desk and office chair.
💷 Bills: between the 3 of us, it individually roughly comes to £30-40 a month for energy, £18.40 monthly for water and £8 for WiFi.
🏡 The rest of the house: furnished 3rd floor flat. 2 bathrooms (one has a bathtub, the other a shower), living room with dining table, a massive kitchen, a balcony and parking space included. There is also a front and back garden that's communal.
📆 Timeframe: I'm looking for someone to replace me from the 25th of March 2025 (inclusive). The tenancy runs until the 24th of July 2025 (inclusive) with the possibility to renew. Property managed by Marsh & Parsons, the landlords are chill and lovely (spoke to them on the phone) and haven't raised our rent since renting we started on July 2022.
There is also another double bedroom that's going to go for the same timeframe, my flatmate has advertised as well, do lmk if you're interested in both too!
Apologies that the kitchen and small bathroom look a little messy, we're deep in to our final exams revison period :)
Moving out as I'm going abroad for 3-4 months and not coming back to London!
