Room has a comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and lamp.

Room will be cleaned every fortnight.

Clean bathroom with bath and over bath shower and wc.

Rent includes all bills.

The house has all the usual including Wi-Fi, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer.

The kitchen diner has a dining table (not shown in pictures) as well as a Smart TV with Netflix.

There is access to the garden which receives full sun in the summer.

On street parking is free.

Close to shops and amenities but still quiet.

London Bridge 12 mins
Waterloo East 18 mins
Cannon St 30 mins (very handy for the City as it's close to Bank and Monument).
