We are renting a furnished cosy single room with a double bed at Catford (There is nothing wrong on the wall, I just put the blurry effect to cover the photos of the current tenant as per her request).

Flexible location with 10-15 minutes walk from the flat to Catford and Catford Bridge train stations and famous Catford market. Lewisham shopping center is within 15 minutes distance by bus from the bus stop literally in front of the flat.

We are friendly professionals, looking for a female occupant (student or professional) who will maintain the room and flat clean and tidy.

Monthly rent includes the bills + internet.
