Bright Double Room in Catford Garden Flat

I'm looking for someone for my spare room in Catford. The flat has its own front door, a sizeable garden and car parking space.

I'm a big fan of cooking elaborate BBQs and I'm pretty relaxed and fairly tidy. Radio 4 and 6 music are on fairly constantly and there is a good sized living room and separate kitchen.

I work in digital for a think tank and enjoy cycling around, gardening and i've built a small pool at the end of the garden (good for those hot days!).

The flat itself is two stories and only attached to the main building by one wall, so is more like a semi-detached little house than a flat. Cats welcome and cat flap included.

It's about 6 minute walk from Catford station with regular fast trains to Cannon Street, London Bridge and Charing Cross. Catford Bridge can get you to Peckham and Forest Hill is a short bus journey away.

i'm looking for a short term let of around 3 months.
