Bills Included -Short Term Let Catford Garden Flat

Hi :) I am going away for two months through September and October and looking to let out my 1 bedroom flat with good sized garden in Catford, SE6. Super close to Lewisham. It’s a one bedroom flat but with lots of living space and a large front room. I’ll be leaving a lot of my stuff there but will leave enough storage space free for you.

Rent includes all bills (I have virgin media tv and broadband and a large tv in the living room) and use of communal items like kitchen equipment / TV etc.

It’s about a 7 minute walk to Catford Bridge station (direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing X), and Catford station (Waterloo east, elephant and castle, Blackfriars) though I usually get to work by getting a bus from the bottom of my street to Lewisham and getting the DLR or a regular train from there (takes about 8 mins on the bus).

Any questions let me know :) shorter lets considered but ideally would let from the August bank holiday till 1 November. Could consider making it available earlier
