- Kitchen, 2x Freezers, 1 large Fridge, Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Washing Machine
- 2 Toilets, 2 Showers (gas n' electric)
- Large Garden overtaken by Squirrels, Foxes, and a selection of friendly Cats
- Each room has really nice white wooden shutters

Move-in date is 1st of August, or can be any time before.

Bills are dealt by the housemates, and currently we pay £60-70 each for all bills (inc broadband). We pay the rent and bills at the same time, in the same house account so its easily managed.

Housemates are friendly, both sociable and like to keep to themselves. Generally foudn chilling in living room or kitchen.
