It's a relaxing household ideal for people who like their privacy, there's no use of living room so the kitchen is the only sharing and meeting space. There is a soundproof studio, so it’s musician friendly although this can be used for extra rent.

There are 2 Bathrooms in the house, the 2 tenants sharing the one upstairs and the landlord using the one downstairs.

Also each occupant can have his/her central heating schedule personalized plus Alexa voice command to boost heating.
