This lovely room is on the first floor at the front of the house with 2 big windows with white Venetian wooden shutters. The room comes unfurnished but has a large white wardrobe, the rest of the furniture is mine.

The house has 6 rooms including this one. There is a bathroom, separate toilet and a separate shower room plus a nice size living room and kitchen. We also have a garden with its own apple tree lol.

You will be sharing with 4 professionals at the moment, who are social but also respect each other's privacy.

There is a bus stop just around the corner where you can get the 185 straight to lewisham shopping centre and train station. You can walk to catford and catford bridge train station in about 8 mins, going towards Blackheath and London bridge.

The Rent is £610 or £140 a week. Bills come to between £50 to £60pcm.
