I am moving out at the end of August would like to rent my one-bedroom flat to a clean and responsible tenant. I moved here nearly two years ago and have loved having my own space with lots of light. The flat is very near local parks and there is plenty of space to be able to work from home. Alternatively, the area has great transport links to central London, with train links to London Bridge in 12 minutes, and Charing Cross and Cannon Street in 25. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Catford Station.
