No smokers as this is a non smoking house, no party animals or animals (allergies). No couples, no drama queens and no time wasters. The house is situated in a residential location about 10 minutes walk to Hither Green Station which is one stop to Lewisham DL and 10 minutes to London Bridge. It is also about 20 minutes walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations. The night 171 bus stops on the corner of the road and all bus stops are 1-3 minutes walk. There is a local park, library, Co Op, Spar, Tesco, Post Office, Eating Places within a few minutes walk. Catford shopping centre hosts a large Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Aldi, Pret A Manger, Nandos, Costa, KFC, Dominoes Pizza Caribbean, Japanese and many eating and drinking places including 24 hour McDonalds.
