Double room available in Catford flat.

Hello,

I have a spare double room available in my Catford flat. The room is available from now for long or short term. The rent is £550 per month plus bills which come to about £90 per month.

There is a shared garden and on-street parking. It’s a lovely area sat between Catford stations and Honor Oak Park station.

I’m a filmmaker and sometimes work from home. I’m looking for a flat mate who is clean and tidy. I’m pretty busy most the time but also keen to live with someone who I can cook with every once in a while or watch a few films with.
