Garden also available but overgrown/currently unmanaged (a project for another time). Walking distance to Lewisham DLR, Catford, and Ladywell with frequent services to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street central zone-1 stations (15 mins journey time). Very easy going and friendly household but politeness and respect to other housemates essential at all times. Ideal for profession or student. Very sorry but no DHSS, or Pets.
