My house is 5 minutes walk from Bellingham station where you can get to Peckham, Denmark Hill, Lewisham, Elephant and Castle, and Blackfriars, all within half an hour.

It is also 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride to Catford station and Catford bridge station where you can get trains directly to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

Inside my house it is clean, spacious and homely.

As you walk in, there’s a utility room where the washing machine is located .

Then a downstairs toilet.

Next is a brand new, beautiful kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you might need - cooker, fridge, deep freezer, oven, dishwasher and many cupboards for storage.

The living/ dining room has a dinning table that can expand to sit 8 people and comfortable sofas.

This leads to a huge, well furnushed and well maintained garden which is ideal for relaxing and having the most amazing barbecues. It also has a hammock which is also very popular as it is one of the most relaxing thing in the world.

And a fire pit which we use to light amazing fires especially in the winter.

I also have a side entrance which makes it easy to get your bike into the garden.

Upstairs, you have a newly refurbished bathroom, with a new bath, power shower, a 2nd toilet, lots of spaces to store your toiletries.

Outside you can park your car on the drive or free parking spaces on the street.

Within the neighbourhood, there are lots of good shops, pubs, cinemas, theatres, leisure centres, hot yoga classes, vegan/plant based cafes, big Sainsbury, Tesco’s, incredibly beautiful parks, all within walking distance.

This is a really beautiful neighbourhoods with lots of hidden gems. There’s regular live comedy shows, various events and live music gigs by a variety of bands, dance club, cycling clubs and just everything you can think of.
