My name is Vernon. I'm looking for a lodger who is chilled thoughtful, considerate, clean, polite.. Currently, only myself and the existing male lodger live in the house. Looking for 2nd Lodger to get on with existing.
The single room is £450PCM and is fully inclusive of all bills council tax, internet etc.
The room is a 20-minute walk from Hither Green station or a 20-minute bus ride from Grove Park station. Central London in 20 minutes once on the train.
The room is clean and modern and comes with a single bed, mattress and large freestanding double wardrobe and work desk. The communal space comes with a 2 seater sofa, dining table for four (Wall mounted TV so you can happily add yourself to Netflix) The kitchen/living room is a warm cosy space and great for cooking/entertaining and chilling.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower, plenty of shelve boxes for products and an in-bathroom towel heater. Second toilet downstairs for visitors or if shower busy.
The beautiful back garden has good split level decking with comfy seating great for summer/warmer nights. if you're into gardening then have fun.
