The room is a 20-minute walk from Hither Green station or a 20-minute bus ride from Grove Park station. Central London in 20 minutes once on the train.

The room is clean and modern and comes with a single bed, mattress and large freestanding double wardrobe and work desk. The communal space comes with a 2 seater sofa, dining table for four (Wall mounted TV so you can happily add yourself to Netflix) The kitchen/living room is a warm cosy space and great for cooking/entertaining and chilling.

The main bathroom has a bath and a shower, plenty of shelve boxes for products and an in-bathroom towel heater. Second toilet downstairs for visitors or if main is busy.

The beautiful back garden has good split level decking with comfy seating great for summer/warmer nights. if you're into gardening then have fun.
