Hi, I'm travelling and would like to let my room to cover my mortgage payment, my travelling date are Oct 13th -> Nov 28th, I'm happy to let the room for part and preferably the whole of that time. This is my place and it's not a business opportunity for me, so I am not your average London landlord, you will be living in my place that was equipped to my standards which are super high.

The other room is En-Suite so the main bathroom (with the tub) is yours.

The room has a super king size bed with an amazingly comfortable mattress, I value sleeping a lot and invested a lot in my bed!

- kitchen is very well equipped (coffee machine, slow cooker, toaster, rice cooker, dutch oven, steamers, mincers, blenders, and way more)
- The flat has a ventilation system, and the room has a samrt air filter.
- Amazon Echo speaker is in the room (Alexa) and Amazon Show in the living room..
- Most of the flat is smart and controlled remotely with Alexa (lights, speakers, TV, heating, hot water, bot vacuum cleaner), and your room has a remotely controlled smart thermostat if you'd like to create schedules or start the heating before you arrive home, you can accurately control the temperature in the room. The room also has a dimmable smart light you can turn on/off with Alexa.
- My huge (adjustable height) desk with dual 32" 4k monitors will be all yours to use so perfect for wfh, the desk is literally less than 1 meter away from the coffee machine. Your flatmate works mostly from the office (1/2 days from their room where they have their own desk), so practically, the living rooms is yours.
