I have a double room available in my cozy 3-bedroom flat with loft storage.

The large room is bright with great afternoon sun and natural light, and is furnished with:

King size bed & mattress (brand new)
Small clothes rail and storage
Desk for those needing a space to work from home
Bedside table for storage
Access to a refurbished lounge & kitchen
Bathroom with bath and shower

Location

The flat is on a quiet but sociable road between Catford and Hither Green. It’s very well connected, with three train stations; Catford Bridge, Catford, and Hither Green – all within reach and excellent bus links in Catford to Lewisham, Greenwich, Croydon, Bromley and Beckenham. Perfect for commuting locally or into Central London.

There are green spaces nearby, including Mountsfield Patk, Ladywell Fields and Hilly Fields. There is great choice of cafés, shops, local markets and pubs – making it easy to enjoy the local area.

About the flatshare

You’d be sharing with a guy who works in a charity and is in the office three days a week and working from home two days a week – who is quiet, friendly, and respectful of personal space.

The third bedroom is occasionally used for Airbnb which is all managed, and offers opportunities to have chats with friendly people visiting London.

Having a chilled, tidy and easy-going space to share is really important in the flat. So I’m looking for someone who is easy going and treats the property like a home.
