I have a double room available in my 3-bedroom flat for long term lets ideally but open to shorter lets for the right person.

The room comes furnished with:

Bathroom with bath and shower

Location

The flat is on a quiet but sociable road between Catford and Hither Green. It’s very well connected, with three train stations (Catford Bridge, Catford, and Hither Green – all within a 10-minute walk) and excellent bus links in Catford (7 minutes away). Perfect for commuting locally or into Central London.

There are plenty of green spaces nearby, including Mountsfield Park, plus a great choice of cafés, shops, and pubs within walking distance – making it easy to enjoy the local area.

About the flatshare

You’d be sharing with a charity HR professional who works in Essex three days a week and from home two days a week – who is quiet, sociable, friendly, and respectful of personal space.

The third bedroom is occasionally used for Airbnb guests or when family and friends visit, but this is managed so it doesn’t impact day-to-day living.

Cleanliness and having a chilled, easy-going space to share is really important in the flat, so I’m looking for someone who tidies as they go and treats the property like a home we both share.
