We are looking to sublet a fully furnished bedroom located in South East London within a 3 bedroom flat.

This flat is located in a well routed area:

5 mins from Grove Park station (into Bromley)
10 minutes from Catford bridge / Catford station
16 minutes from Lewisham DLR
20 minutes away from London Bridge

Rent will cost £700 per month which includes all bills and a furnished bedroom.

We are looking for a:

Working Professional who is working full time.
Someone who cleans up after themselves and is polite.
Someone who can speak and understand Twi (Ghanaian language) if possible.

Please note that you will not be allowed guests when you move in.
