This extra-large double room comes unfurnished. Situated on the first floor near the entrance to our one-storey 4 bedroom house in Lewisham, London. It is fitted brand new lush carpet and a large closet. It has large windows from where the street and frontal garden are in full view.

The house which was renovated , boasts of a separate bathroom consisting of a bathtub and wash basin, and a toilet both on the ground floor and a fully-kitted, compact and neat kitchen is on the ground floor with a coffee table and two chairs. The kitchen also boasts of large windows and a patio door that leads to a spacious and well-maintained garden complete with garden chairs and a BBQ.

Public transport (bus) is less than 2 minutes walk from the front door, and the shops are only 5 - 7 minutes walk in either direction with surface trains (Network rail, Thameslink, Southern and Southeastern rails available from Grove Park, Catford and Bellingham stations and buses. The DLR with connections to all Underground trains is available from Catford Station; all are less than 20 minutes away.

The Lewisham/Catford high streets are around 18 minutes away by bus, and have grocery shops such as Iceland, Sainsbury's, Poundland, Coop and Tesco. There are a large variety of restaurants such as Jamaican, Portuguese, Italian restaurants, a Chinese Takeaway, a Fish 'n' Chips and fast foods such as KFC, Subway Mc Donald’s and Pizza Hut.
There are also fuel stations (one is 6 mins walk from the house), a cinema, a theatre, variety shops, hair salons, including B&Q, 2 post offices, a Better Leisure centre, libraries and laundromats!

Your rent is inclusive of gas, water bill, electricity and WIFI including cleaning of common areas. However, you are expected to clean your room and clean up after yourself when you use the kitchen, toilet and bathroom.

We have a vacuum cleaner, various cleaning fluids and hand sanitiser and cleaning broom/brush etc., including bins in the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen to ensure hygiene at all times.
