Single room available from 29 October. Rent is an approximation but includes bills (energy, water, Wi-Fi, council tax etc).

House itself is large with a lot of storage space. There's a back garden, and a kitchen with dining table on the ground floor.

Some furniture may be left after existing tenant moves out, but generally speaking, expect to furnish it yourself.

Thornsbeach Road is 0.8 miles from Catford stations, and from there it's 30 minutes to London Bridge. There are also regular bus services to DLR in Lewisham.

We're three professionals, working from the office most days. We’re pretty sociable, happy both throwing parties and staying in watching films.
