Beautiful room in quiet house

I have a beautiful room in my stylish house, available from 25th Oct (the photos don't do it justice- I’m terrible at taking photos!). The room is in a 3 bedroom house with a lovely garden sharing with me, the owner, and Eddie the cat. I am a busy professional woman who works from home quite a lot so the room would be suitable for someone who is out working each day. And someone who seeks some peace and quiet in the eves when they are not working.

The house is conveniently located next to Lewisham Hospital (5 minute walk), Lewisham DLR (20 min walk) and Catford and Catford Bridge stations (10 minute walk) both of which have regular train services that take you into central London. For example, London Bridge is 10 mins, Waterloo’s East is 16 mins, Charing Cross is 20 mins and Blackfriars is 25 mins. It’s also on multiple bus routes. Parking is available but at an addiction all charge.

After work the area is a great place to spend your downtime. The house it located just on the edge of Ladywell Fields, a lovely park with a river and tennis courts. Mountsfield Park, Hillyfields and Blythe Hill are also very close by. Catford also hosts a couple of nice bars and restaurants plus a theatre, cinema, gyms and yoga studio. It is also close to some other areas of interest such as Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford and Peckham.

Note that the rent quoted is inclusive of bills where reasonable usage is maintained. I have a SMART meter and water meter. The broadband is fibre. Towels and bedding are included in the rental charge and are changed fortnightly, with the rest of the house being cleaned weekly.
