Looking for a flat mate in a third floor flat, next to Ladywell Fields, build in 2016. The room is a double with Ensuite.

The flat - two bed, two bathroom, second floor flat in a modern development. Warm and cosy in the winter, light and airy in the summer. Plenty of storage in hallway with space to store a bike on a rack in the hallway. Floor to ceiling windows throughout giving good natural light and relaxing views of greenery. Electronic intercom doorbell and CCTV in the building for added peace of mind.

Living room/kitchen/diner - Cosy living room with a modular sofa, big TV, Dining table with 2 chairs, extendable to 6. Kitchen has ample storage, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer etc. A really nice space to watch TV, have a drink with friends or read a book.

Balcony - balcony overlooking a communal garden in the estate - perfect for brunch in the summer or an evening glass of wine. Table and chairs, storage space and plants.

About the area - The development has a community feel. There is a quiet communal garden which is rarely used. The flat is adjacent to Ladywell Fields, a stunning park with plenty of space for picnics and exercise. Sainburys 5 minutes walk, with many other shops within 10 minutes. Catford and Ladywell have a number of nice pubs, a recently renovated cinema, and plenty of shops. More and more places are being added and there are many hidden gems - I'm happy to show and share my favourites.

Travel - Catford Bridge and Catford train stations are 5 minutes walk away. From there you can get to London Bridge in 13 minutes, Waterloo in 20 mins, Charing Cross in 20 mins, or Blackfriars in 20 mins.

About me - 43 year old female live-in landlord. I have lived here for the past 8 years. I run my own business and specialise in housing. I like going to the gym, walking, travelling and socialising with friends . I spend approximately 80% of my weekdays and weekends visiting family/going away so you will have the place to yourself on many occasions..

About you - looking for a laid-back but responsible flatmate who wants to call this place home. I am not the type to set 'rules' so I just ask that you treat it as your own - be completely comfortable, and take responsibility for your space. Chores are shared.

The other stuff - bills included in the advertised rate (gigabit broadband, water, electric, heat, council tax band C, service charge etc). Duration of stay and terms can be agreed after discussion.
