The flat could not be closer to Catford and Catford Bridge stations - they're practically on the doorstep, perfect for an easy commute to central. It's also very well insulated for those cheap energy bills - I have never once needed to put the heating on!
I'm keen to find a flatmate who I get on well with, and who's up for sharing a glass of wine after work or watching some trash TV. I am a gay man and work for the Labour Party, so if either of those things send you screaming for the hills we're probably not a good match!
