En-suite Double Room near Catford Bridge Station

We are looking for a Student/Professional to live in our spare double en-suite room. It's partly furnished with a double bed and clothing rail. The room is in great condition with two big windows bringing plenty of sunlight. You will be sharing the flat with a couple (both 23y working remotely). We will be taking care of all bills so it will only be 950 a month. We would ideally prefer to show the room in person. You will then be approved by the landlord, after a background check.
