I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate.
This is a lovely 2 bedroom flat in Catford Green.

I have a nice balcony being visited by cats frequently😊 So the flat is pet friendly.

It is important to take care of the flat like your own and keep it neat and clean.

I have board games, PS4, best espresso machine ever, dishwasher and washing machine with a drying feature.

This is a new built apartment complex surrounded by a huge park. Park is great for running, taking dogs out for a walk, picnicking and playing sports. There are multiple tennis courts within couple of minutes walk distance.
There is a nice river along the park as well.
I really love to live here:)

You can take the trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Charing Cross from Catford and Catford Bridge Stations.

The train stations are only 5-7 minutes walk distance and it takes 15 minutes to go to LB.
There is a Sainsbury’s by the train station as well.

I am a medical doctor and I work full time mostly monday to friday. I do also work on some evenings and weekends.

If you have a cat/dog, or you are wfh and struggling to find a place, this is perfect for you.

There is a nice working space with desks and the best office chairs.

The room itself not very large, but enough to accommodate a double bed, a nightstand, double door wardrobe, and has large windows.

Contract will be for 6 months as there is a termination date on the existing contract for 7/2/25. This may be extended if both tenants wants to and landlord agrees.
