We are looking for a new housemate to join 4. other young professionals in our lovely house share in SE London. Situated on a leafy Catford street, a stones throw from the beautiful Blythe Hill, the house is a lovely place to live, with big windows, High ceilings and a large garden and patio area. A lovely, bright modern kitchen/diner where everything works… LOADS of communal space and storage, including a very large living room, open plan kitchen/diner.

- Spacious back garden with detached summer house for exercise, music etc. (Currently its being used as a music studio)
- Large shared living room and kitchen with (new dishwasher + 2 fridges)
- Fully modernised bathrooms, 3 toilets, and a bath
- Double glazed and well insulated modern windows/doors (insulation work done on front of house last year has made energy bills go down)
- 4 minute walk to Blythe Hill Fields with panoramic views of the London skyline.
- 8 minute walk/4 minute cycle to Catford/Catford Bridge stations with direct trains to either London Bridge (20mins) or Blackfriars (25mins).
- 15 minute walk to Honour Oak Park overground.
- Free street parking.
- Pre arranged deliveries of Oat milk, washing detergent, and dishwasher tabs.
- Bike storage round the side of house

-- The Flatmates --

Flatmates are all young professionals, working in music, film, and graphic design, aged between 26-33. We share chores/cleaning and split bill responsibilities between us. We all lead very busy lives, but still find time to have Saturday morning pancakes together, and enjoy going out as a house occasionally. The closest pub, The Blythe Hill Tavern has great Irish trad music on Thursdays, and loads of character.
Looking for a clean and considerate housemate to join the house. We are open to all people, from any background or walk of life, but can not take students unfortunately.

Landlord and letting agent are both prompt and communicative with addressing any issues. References / guarantor checks done by Mark Hart Real Estate.

Council tax band E (roughly £40/month each)
Energy is between £30-50/mo depending on season.
