The flat is newly refurbished room in a bright 1st floor flat with a modern kitchen and bathroom decorated to a high standard with clean carpets, lighting, and double-glazed windows. The room has storage and a in-built wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished.

You will be sharing with 1 professional female who is clean, friendly and respectful. I work and study from home, therefore, ideally, I would like to find a professional who doesn’t work from home full time, however, I am happy to discuss further details with the right tenant. I am sociable but independent and happy in own company and would therefore suit someone similar. I am seeking a like-minded clean and tidy professional who is conscious that it's not a party flat but rather a nice peaceful place to call home in the week.

The property is an excellent location, close to Hither Green station (10 mins walk) and a short bus ride to Catford Bridge station.
It takes less than twenty minutes to get to London Bridge station and less than 25 minutes to Charing Cross station.
Bus stop in front of house to Blackheath, Lee, Lewisham and Catford.

Room: £825 per calendar month
1-month deposit required + 1 month’s rent in advance and references and deposit are required.
6 months minimum stay

Bills are not included but are relatively quite low.
Non-smoker please and no pets.
