We’re offering a lovely room in our home, now available since my brother has gone off to university. The room is cozy and well-furnished, including a small double bed, a desk (with a chair on the way!), ample wardrobe space, and drawers—perfect for someone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to call home. (The rooms is in my fathers property, he is semi retired)

Our home is in the vibrant heart of Catford, just a quick 3-5 minute walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations. Commuting to central London is a breeze, with London Bridge only 12 minutes away and Blackfriars about 25 minutes by train.

The neighborhood is ideal for those who love green spaces, with three parks all within a 10-minute walk. Parking is permit-based on our road, but there’s plenty of space on nearby streets.
