Queer friendly Catford housing

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my houseshare from the 5/12, either to sublet or to stay longer term & be on the contract if you wish.

The space has great links, it is only a 5 minute walk to Catford Bridge station which is well linked to London Bridge. There's Ladywell fields a beautiful park which is a less than 10 minute walk from the house. Lidl and Aldi are nearby as well as multiple great fruit and veg shops.

The house is on a quiet road, has some sweet unique features like a cottage feel kitchen and a beautiful arch feature in the bedroom. The room is slightly different as advertised and has more efficient storage now.

I'm moving house as I've been planning to move in with some close friends. You'll be sharing with a lovely group of women who are tidy and respectful, queer/queer friendly. They are planning to move as a friendship group in the new year just to have a change of scenery as they've been here for a couple of years. So there is the option to have people you would like to choose to move in to come and be on the contract sometime in the new year with you or the current tenants would find lovely people to move in so no pressures would be added to your life.
