Large Sunny Double Room + Garden

Hi,

I am looking for a female to takeover the contract from me (till February 2026, with the option to renew if you wish to stay). You will be sharing with my friend Bria who lives here.
My name is Flo (30yo) and i work for the NHS. I have lived in this sweet flat for 1.5 years and very sad to leave, however I am moving home to go travelling! I have a 3 year old boy cat called Kimchi, who i can’t take with me so he will be staying here with Bria till I return. He is lovely and easygoing, we have a cat flap so he looks after himself. If Bria is away you would need to be happy to feed him please :)

The flat is clean and easy to maintain, we are pretty chilled so ideally looking for someone like minded who enjoys their own space but also down to hang out and chat.

It is a cosy peaceful home and would be best suited to someone also working 9-5 ish hours. This is not a party house
Bria loves to do yoga, gardening, cooking, and reading. We both share a love for coffee, matcha and cats :) if you are similar we would love to hear from you!

The bedroom is a double (bed shown is king size), happy to leave furnished or unfurnished. We have a bathroom, kitchen/dining room, and a gorgeous south facing garden that has sun all day! It is big and perfect for gardening/tanning/bbq’s.
